Terms and Conditions

All entries must be submitted online at www.myhermescompetition.co.uk.
The closing date for entries is 17th March 2010.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland. The draw is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Hermes or myHermes.co.uk, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Winners will be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion: The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by email only.
Entrants must ensure their email address is entered correctly; failure to provide a correctly working email will result in the prize being awarded to the next entrant.
Only one email address per entrant will be accepted.
myHermes.co.uk accepts no responsibility for any lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
The prize is non-transferable and myHermes.co.uk reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
